1. RUBBER PRODUCTS

    The rubber developed and produced by our company includes ordinary rubber: temperature resistance below 120℃, shoreA hardness 70; Conventional rubber: temperature resistance below 120℃, shoreA hardness 76; Oil-resistant rubber: temperature resistance below 150℃, shoreA hardness 86; High-temperature oil-resistant rubber: the temperature resistance is below 180℃ and the shoreA hardness is 82. The above rubber types cover all screw types and can be designed according to the specific requirements of customers.

    The stator rubber is the most critical part of the motor. The rubber formula is independently designed, developed and tested by our company, and it has been successfully applied in various drilling and production fields. The raw materials of rubber are purchased from all over the world, and the most advanced processing system of upper and auxiliary machines is selected for the mixing process equipment to ensure the consistency of rubber quality to the greatest extent.

     Among them, 7LZ165-5, 7LZ178-5, 7LZ178-5.7, 3LZ244/6, 7LZ244/5.7 and other 200℃ temperature-resistant screw motors have been successfully used in Uzbekistan, Russia and Kazakhstan Central Asian markets, and nearly 100 of them have been used so far, which has been unanimously recognized by customers.
