4.2 Test stand for drilling jars

The test stand is a special device for testing the working ability of the jar. It uses the hydraulic source and the cylinder to generate a fixed tension or pressure to test whether the jar can be used. The device can be equipped with a printer to output the test data report.

4.3 Test stand for downhole motor

The test stand for downhole motor is a drilling rig test equipment integrating mechanical, electronic, sensor, instrument and computer science applications, which can realize a safe, reliable and accurate test process and reflect the actual performance and state of downhole motor.

The test stand can test the main parameters of drilling tools such as torque, displacement, and speed. Also can output parameter curves.

4.4 CNC milling machine

CNC milling machine is mainly used to finish the rough milling of rotor and stator core. The machine has the characteristics of fast speed, high efficiency, strong reliability, good consistency of processed parts, and little influence by human factors.
